Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, personal data may be processed by LEYO Otomotiv (“LEYO”) as the data controller within the framework described below.
Depending on your relationship with LEYO, identity and contact details, company information, request and transaction data, technical access records and legally required commercial records may be processed.
Personal data may be collected through e-mail, telephone, face-to-face communication, the B2B platform, business documents and website access records by automated or non-automated means.
Processing may rely on contractual necessity, legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right and LEYO’s legitimate interests, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are protected. Explicit consent is requested where required.
Data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for the stated purposes, to authorised public institutions, legal and financial advisers, technology and hosting providers, logistics and operational service providers and relevant business partners.

Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable legislation. When processing conditions no longer apply, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the law.
